制备方法


1.由邻氨基苯甲酸重氮化后,与N,N-二甲基苯胺反应而得。 2.在5kg邻氨基苯甲酸中加入12kg水和9.1L工业盐酸,搅拌使之充分混匀,然后直接加冰冷至0℃: 将事先配制好的34%的工业亚硝酸钠溶液 (8kg) ,在搅拌下缓慢加到盛有邻氨基苯甲酸盐酸盐容器的底部,进行重氮化反应,控制反应温度在0~5℃: 亚硝酸钠溶液用去5kg左右时,开始不断用淀粉碘化钾试纸和刚果红试纸分别检验至变蓝,停止加入亚硝酸钠溶液,继续搅拌10min,再行检验,仍为蓝色,反应即达终点。之后,加入40g尿素与60ml水混合成的溶液。半小时后,在快速搅拌下加入6.1L二甲基苯胺,同时,补加冰使溶液温度保持在0~5℃,搅拌2~3H,加入5kg结晶醋酸钠,继续搅拌3~4h: 静置过夜,吸滤。所得结晶中分次加入150kg水和2.5kg碳酸钠,用蒸汽加热后过滤,滤液中加入1∶ 1的盐酸溶液至刚果红试纸变蓝,析出的大量结晶,吸干后,加入6倍的纯水,蒸汽加热,再加入1∶ 1的盐酸溶液,吸干,检验合格后,加入3倍的乙醇,回流3~ 4h,冷却后结晶即为成品。
