生产制备方法及用途展开↓

制备方法


由五硫化二磷与甲醇进行酯化反应制得。将一定量的硫化物与五硫化二磷按质量比约0.7:1加入反应罐中,搅拌同时按一定摩尔比滴加甲醇,控制滴加温度在40~45℃,约2h加完,再于50~55℃继续搅拌反应约2h,冷却至35℃出料即得成品,收率75%以上。反应生成的硫化氢导入吸收塔内用碱液吸收。
