制备方法


将金属镓粉末装入镍舟中,镍舟置于镍反应管内,一边导入用氮气稀释的氟化氢气,一边在550℃下加热数小时进行氟化。冷却后,小心取出镍舟,就在金属镓的表面敷上一层白色的结晶物,而无色针状结晶的三氟化镓升华则附着在镍舟的内壁。 如果加热六氟镓酸铵(NH4)3GaF6,就有中间经NH4GaF4、Ga(NH2)F2、Ga(NH)F而生成GaN的趋势。即使在氟气流中加热,也得不到纯三氟化镓。再者,如果在空气中加热,一部分就转变为三氧化二镓。
